RGE is run and funded by its team members. There are different types of RGE staff members and donors.
Types of team members:

Paid staff based on HR manual and employment policy of the organization.

Volunteer staff who join the organization for some specified time.

Volunteers will be categorized based on two issues their physical presentation and scope of service they can deliver. One can physically present and provide voluntary services by giving his time and profession, energy to people in need. The other one who cannot physically present can contribute money or materials in kind to reach out those who deserve the services. The volunteers were also categorized based on the scope of services they can deliver which includes lay volunteers, mid-level volunteers and high level professional volunteers.

The stakeholders and collaborators to our Organization will be Professional Associations Health sector, Education Sector, Agricultural sector, Women and children Affair, Social Affair, Faith Based Organizations, Women Associations, Youth Associations, user beneficiaries and volunteers at large.

Founder Members’ Contribution Fee:
The obligatory founder Members’ contribution fee is 200.00 ETB per month. Failing to pay the monthly committed amount will subject the member to rejection from membership if it persists for three consecutive months. The other type of contribution includes materials/in kind and Professionals services without payment which they deserve.
None Founder Volunteer Members Contribution Fee:
Large amount of volunteers in country and out of the country will be mobilized at the country level. The non-founder members will be ranked as normal member, silver, gold and platinum. The enrolled members who can pay from 50 -100 birr per month will be normal/ordinary member, Volunteers who pay a monthly contribution from 101-500 will be silver ranked, Volunteers who pay from 501-1000 birr per month will be Gold standard, Volunteers who contribute 1001 birr and above monthly will be of Platinum standard.
The other type of contribution includes materials/in kind and Professionals services without payment which they deserve.
Writing Grant proposal to access fund
Concept paper, Request for Application and Grant proposal will be developed separately on each mentioned organizational focus areas for intervention to be submitted to donor organizations.
Management:
Organizational Structure and Chain of Command
The clear organizational structure, responsibility, chain of command and accountability are established. The Board is the higher decision-making body of the Organization. The delegate of the board will be executive director who will run all the organizations activities and report both physical and financial performance to the board every two months. The board will monitor and oversee the development and relief program operation executed by contribution of members and the fund mobilized from different donor organizations.
